Positive attributes/ A balanced Sacral Chakra looks like  Feeling equal with others, being aware of your power, having a strong sense of self, ability to preserver, having self-respect and confidence, being in touch with instinct, turning plans into reality, having the ability to make decisions, powerful manifestation skills and mindset, healthy self-esteem, balanced ego, vital energy, healthy body flow.
An imbalanced solar plexus will look like:  Low self-esteem, lack of identity (not in touch with who you really are), feelings of unworthiness, stubbornness, compulsiveness, lack of ambition, procrastination, resentment, poor boundaries, constantly seeking approval from others.
